Hell yes!! I gave in! ;D Awesome trailer! <3

~Review:
  Woah! I had hear a lot of great things about this book: how amazing the writing style, how amazing the angel lore, how amazing the story was and uhemmm...how AMAZING Kaidan was. Now, I'd be lying if I said I didn't buy this book because of Kaidan, cus that is exactly why I bought it. I was feeling the need of a hot steamy romance with a bad boy to fill the plot and guys....I got that and SO much more!

  First off...teens that lives depend on being bad...literally?? Dude...that is awesome! So so wrong but totally awesome haha The characters in this book are all well written and even though these guy's souls are damned...they are sweet and naturally good people...I have my doubts on evil twin but in some parts even she shined through. I loved each character and Man! I really don't know what to say. This is one of those reviews that the book is so good you can't help but your review to be a bunch of "!!!!"'s, "OMG"'s, and "LOVE"'s. Wendy Higgins did a fenominal job with creating a book that enthralls readers from the very begging and keeps them reading until the very last word. I didn't want this book to end...especially with the way it did. She created a fun, seductive, but utterly clean...to a point ;D...book that I loved! I am going to want to read this book over and over!

  Plus! I loved the true morals an Biblical stuff she put into it. I loved Anna's pure heart and what she was willing to do for the ones she loved. She is so sweet and I loved her! And Kaidan!! Holy sh** peoples!! Goodness was this boy hot?? Ya, he was hotter than Hell itself! Dang!!! And I also loved Kope!! He is...*sighs* I was voting for him even though I knew I shouldn't have but he is so nice and sweet and .....Idk I wanted him to....but Kaiden.....Ya, I'm screwed when it comes to those boys! I loved the ...well I just loved everybody and everything! There is seriously no ending to the level of love and awesomeness this book oozed!

  Sweet Evil is a great debut from Wendy Higgins. This book will have your blood boiling, heart racing, hormones out of control ;D and your mind boggling from the pure amazingness! I loved this book so hard its not even funny. This book indeed have great writing and a story that is so great you are left only wanting more. And seriously!! Book two hasn't already been snagged by a publisher? HELLO!!! *smacks every publisher alive* What the hell are you guys doing? You people are dumb bunnies if you don't see the talent. You all should be begging on your hands and knees and fighting it all out to have a chance of putting your publishing name on this book! (Please do not be offended my dear publishers....I am only hugely surprised. I do not mean what I said about dumb bunnies and smacking you in offense) hahaha

  Seriously you guys! If you haven't read this yet...please do so! You will love it from beginning to end! With amazing characters, a steamy romance with pure heart, bad ass teens, and the most awesome fallen angel lore around.....you have no choice but to love it!

{Review} Until I Die by Amy Plum

Until I Die
Series: Revenants (#2)
Author: Amy Plum
Release Date: May 8, 2012
by, Harper Teen
Source: Bought
Pages: 357
Kate and Vincent have overcome the odds and at last they are together in Paris, the city of lights and love.
As their romance deepens there’s one question they can’t ignore: How are they supposed to be together if Vincent can’t resist sacrificing himself to save others? Although Vincent promises that he’ll do whatever it takes to lead a normal life with Kate, will that mean letting innocent people die? When a new and surprising enemy reveals itself, Kate realizes that even more may be at stake—and that Vincent’s immortality is in jeopardy.
In Die for Me, Amy Plum created a captivating paranormal mythology with immortal revenants and a lush Paris setting. Until I Die is poised to thrill readers with more heart-pounding suspense, spellbinding romance, and a cliff-hanger ending that will leave them desperate for the third and final novel in the series. {Goodreads}
~Trailer:
awwe! Wasn't that cute!!? Different beyond measure but adorably cute!
And oh! The French hot dudes?? *two thumbs up! ;)
~Review:
 I have been waiting forever to read this book! Amy Plum's Revenant Series is by far one of my favorite books of all time. She gave me to obsessions...zombies...and Paris. Now I want to travel to France and visit all the gorgeous scenery we get a taste of in these books and of course learn the language of love ;) Oh! And meet some hot French boys!! Duh!! ;)

 Being the second book....it was very much a second book. But only in the informative way. This book was still greatly amazing and thankfully had not caught the second-book-syndrome.  In Until I Die we get more insight into what the Revenants are and their culture and immortality facts. Which, being a crazy Revenant lover, enjoyed very much! In Die For Me some stuff wasn't explained. I had a couple of questions that nevr got answered but thanks to book number two all of them were pretty much answered! :)

 I loved getting to see more of my favorite characters! Ooooo and Jules!! Mmm mmm mmm!! He, my friends, is close to coming out of the closet wouldn't you say? Cus I distinctly remember he was a bit questiony in a specific car ride.....I will say no more but I wish HE would! ;D Of course I am madly in love with Vincent also. I mean come on...he's Vincent for crying out loud! I also loved the newest character (guy) he kind of grew on me....even when all the assumptions were going on...(sorry my lips are sealed).

 My heart was being wrenched through the journey of Kate and Vincent's battle to find a way for their love to last. Gah!! Isn't being in love with a zombie so hard!!? Yes, it is. It is extremely hard. Oh!! And poor poor Vincent! In the beginning with his tired bruises and *chokes up* I was rooting him and Kate on! Find it! Find it! And man oh man! Kate is one strong character! I love her! And uhem....I have my suspicions... old prophecy....you know the one! (well, if you haven't read it then I guess you don't but that just gives you more motivation right?)

 Until I Die is a beautiful sequel. A story that pulls you in and your heart out. Amy Plum is an amazing writer who knows what she's doing! That ending.....was the worst ending! She has me dying for more! The question isn't If I Shall Die but that I shall I die if I don't get book three like...now! (heheh see what I did there!) ;)

 Wonderfully told from beginning to end, this book will literally have you dying for more! Mrs. Plum delivered a unique zombie lore tale and I was so happy to get more info on them in book two. If you haven't gotten your lil paws on this series already you better get your butt up and start reading it! This is a story you don't want to miss!

{Review} The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa

The Immortal Rules
Series: Blood of Eden (#1)
Author: Julie Kagawa
Published: April 24, 2012
by Harlequin Teen

"In a future world, vampires reign. Humans are blood cattle. And one girl will search for the key to save humanity."Allison Sekemoto survives in the Fringe, the outermost circle of a vampire city. By day, she and her crew scavenge for food. By night, any one of them could be eaten.
Some days, all that drives Allie is her hatred of "them." The vampires who keep humans as blood cattle. Until the night Allie herself is attacked--and given the ultimate choice. Die...or become one of the monsters.
Faced with her own mortality, Allie becomes what she despises most. To survive, she must learn the rules of being immortal, including the most important: go long enough without human blood, and you will go mad.
Then Allie is forced to flee into the unknown, outside her city walls. There she joins a ragged band of humans who are seeking a legend--a possible cure to the disease that killed off most of humankind and created the rabids, the mindless creatures who threaten humans and vampires alike.
But it isn't easy to pass for human. Especially not around Zeke, who might see past the monster inside her. And Allie soon must decide what--and who--is worth dying for. {Goodreads}

What an awesome trailer right!!!? :O
~Review:

 A Beginning note: Wow!! Julie has done it once again....amazed me and has blown my mind with her amazing writing talent!! This book stands proud and tall in my favorites!!! A trophy worth showing off! ;)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 Now, everyone knows Julie Kagawa is my favorite author. Her books the Iron Fey Series got me hooked on my so called book obsession I have today. And when I heard she was coming out with a new series? I was sooo excited!! Another great book like the Iron King!! WRONG!! This book is nothing like the Iron Fey. Not. One. Bit.
 This book was truly amazing! Whatever you do. Do not go into reading this book thinking it will resemble the last books. But that often happens doesn't it? An author rights something and then their next series will be different...but you will see the similarities.Not at all the case here. Where the fae books was all beauty and glory this one was all dark and run down. The vampires took over the world and nature has destroyed the buildings and structures of man kind.
 The only similarities you see is the amazing talent of Mrs. Kagawa. How great and wonderful her imagination spreads and transfers into words on a paper for all to enjoy. How great her details are. How she uses her words...her writing is...pure perfection. I have read enough books to see that some authors try too hard with vocabulary and their comparisons ("his touch was as light as a butterflies wings" whatever. you get the point.) Some authors over due it. Vocabulary: too many big words when not needed. Or not enough where it's like a childs book. Julie uses those big words correctly. When a simple word doesn't get the point across then she uses a more colorful word. Comparisons: way too detailed. Or no details at all. Again, Julie pulls through and uses them when she should and has a great comparison!
 Now onto the book.....Right from the beginning I was trapped in between the pages of this awesome book. You get enough information about this new world to understand it but later on you learn more. This book took vampire's to a whole new world! Since the Twilight series people have tried to write vampire books and while some have succeeded....others have failed. Julie definitely made a succeeding book! And it totally kicks the Twilight series a$$!
 Speaking of kicking a$$ lets talk about Allie...dude this chick was fantastic! She was a total kick butt character even before she became a vampire! She was fearless when it came to the people she cared about. Ya, she was taught to think for yourself, that's the only way how to survive but let's face it...Allie doesn't follow the rules. No one. And I mean...no one. tells her what to do. She tries so hard to be the best vampire she can be....but when it comes to the Hunger....she has no choice but to embrace her killer instincts..but she fights...she fights so hard and she is truly remarkable! I loved her character a lot!
 All the characters were somewhat likeable! (except for those who were made to not be liked of course) Kanin was an awesome vampire mentor. And his secrets....are just coming undone. (Can't wait for book 2 yo!!) And of course....Zeke...he was amazing! Again...not even here, the boy love interest, can you compare to the Iron Fey. He is nothing like Puck or Ash. He is so....Zeke! I loved him. I hated him. I wanted to devour him and eat him for dinner ;)
 And...I gotta finish this review up. If you are at the book store and this book is there and you ask your self....Take it....or leave it?? Your answer: Grab the freaking book and run the heck out of there to begin reading! (after paying of course! I don't want to be blamed for you stuck in jail) haha
Ya....Darn you Julie for addicting me! ;b Is there ever going to be a book from you that I won't like?? Answer: No. Because you are to great of an author!! I love everything thus far! Your writing never seizes to amaze me! My favorite author of all times write here ya'll
 This book has romance, a$$ whooping, crazy plot twists, amazing imagery and all that is great wrapped into one. Julie did a phenomenal job. Definitely worth re-reading several times!
4.5 wonderful stars!! :D
{Book Review} Lies Beneath by Anne Greenwood Brown
Lies Beneath
Series: Lies Beneath (#1)
Author: Anne Greenwood Brown
Published: June 12, 2012
by Delecorte Books for Young Readers
Source: ARC by Netgalley
Pages: 303
Calder White lives in the cold, clear waters of Lake Superior, the only brother in a family of murderous mermaids. To survive, Calder and his sisters prey on humans, killing them to absorb their energy. But this summer the underwater clan targets Jason Hancock out of pure revenge. They blame Hancock for their mother's death and have been waiting a long time for him to return to his family's homestead on the lake. Hancock has a fear of water, so to lure him in, Calder sets out to seduce Hancock's daughter, Lily. Easy enough—especially as Calder has lots of practice using his irresistible good looks and charm on unsuspecting girls. Only this time Calder screws everything up: he falls for Lily—just as Lily starts to suspect that there's more to the monsters-in-the-lake legends than she ever imagined. And just as his sisters are losing patience with him. {Goodreads}
~Review:
 Lies Beneath is (once again) a first for me. A first of what? My first mermaid/merman book! Ya, I have never read one in my life! ...Well, unless you count The Little Mermaid children's books. Haha And let me tell you.....The Little Mermaid...is...a....lie!!! *gasp!* Yupp! You heard it folks! A lie!!! :O Mermaids aren't these nice happy people...merpeople...of Atlantis. *tears up* Ya, it's kinda depressing. So, what are mermaids you ask? Let me tell you. But be warned....you might be a wittle frightened.... Mer-people are vicious, coldblooded killers! *another gasp* I told you!! You surprised?...to be honest...I wasnt lol I knew that there were sirens and not-so-nice-mermaids. That that is what they actually are. Then why go through all this? Cus...I have a flair for the dramatic and....I had never read a book where the mermaid../mermen...are killers.
 This book took an even bigger turn. In this book the mermaids../mermen..kill for one reason. Reason being: They have to feed(kill) for the chance to feel positive emotion. Now I don't know about you but for me...I had never heard of this. Again I knew mermaids were actually killers but I never heard this reason. Pretty cool right? So yes, indeed, they put on a show to lure they're prey into the water (how exactly...they're good looks! Duh!) and suck out all of the raw positive emotion out of them so that they can fill they're own emotionless void.
 But of course that's not the whole theme of this book. In this book...these mermaids...and one merman...have another reason to kill...revenge. Bumm Bumm Bumm!! Long ago, they're mother was killed. A promise was broken. And a dept needed to be paid. A dept with the price of one man...a Hancock...to be killed.
 I loved this book for all the creativity and how it goes into a perfect amount of detail of the mermaids. Not too much information where it seems that that is only what the book is about. Not too less where you have absolutely no clue what the heck is going on but the perfect amount where you get your story line and understand everything you need to know.
 I loved that it was written from Calder's pov. I loved Calder! He was hot and he knew it...but not as vain as his sisters. He had depth. Depth no one could see...it made him real, mysterious and oh so very likeable!
 I loved Lily! How she played along as if she didn't have a care in the world! about Calder!! She is classified in my book as one tough a$$ chica! Sure, she didn't go into battle weilding a sword like some crazy intense girl. Sure she didn't save the world. Sure!!! She didn't have to race against time as the whole world as we knew it was falling apart!!! But! She deserves the title..why? Cus she fought Calder! Haha yes. That wins a metal. She fought his charming good looks and persistent character. His lovely entrancing voice. His perfection and his words. Of course...she eventually gave in but hell! Who wouldnt! She fought as long and as hard as possible! PLus! She made the ultimate sacrifice! She was brave and she fought for family!
 This book was so good!I am soo glad I got it on Netgalley! The ending was twisted and some parts I didn't see coming! The plot kept me intrigued and the writing kept me enthralled! Oh! And the title! Well picked! Two different meanings in itself! I say dive into this book head first and go for a leasery swim! Hahaha look at me! Trying to make puns! ;b I was sucked into this book from the first page! Go read and go love! Seriously guys!
~Review:
 I have to be honest in all my review right? Ya, I know I do. But I also know that almost every single one of my favorite bloggers absolutely adored this book.....and I....did not. Well, not at first that is.
 So I bought the whole series along time ago and hadnt yet read them so I decided to finally one day. So, I started it! Duh!!! And then....I stopped. It was pretty boring. Then I went on goodreads to look at my friends were saying and came to the first review I saw. One of my favorite bloggers....H.D. If any of you have read the review you obviously know what it says...if not...go read it...(Review).
 Now...Don't bash on him ok? Yes, its not one of those raving reviews but its honesty. And that is what, we as bloggers, are supposed to do. We shouldn't butter up a review and be fake just cause other people really liked that particular book. Or just cus we don't want to hurt any feelings. Of course you should hurt feelings by bashing a book. Soooo not part of the blogger code!(if there is one haha idk..maybe I should make one??) ;) We need to be honest....whether we liked the book or not. We need to express our true thoughts! And that's what H.D. did...and I agree! Like 100%!! But I think liked it a bit more than he did.
So I'm going to have to brake this review into a sort of pro vs. con review.....starting with cons so we can end on a good note ya? :)
Cons:
 So....lets start with...The love story. I really do think it was all a bit familiar don't you think? ...like uhm I don't know....Twilight familiar? ...this was something I agreed with H.D. on. Sam (Edward) was the creepy stalker who was an obsession of Grace's (Bella). She didn't know why but she loved him...he fascinated her...(the wolf). Those yellow eyes that haunted her every thought. And she was the one he couldn't stay away from. He felt it was his duty to protect her....and someday be with her. But in this story..Grace can't talk with her obsession cus he is a wolf. But then one day....they meat person to person...
 One...WOAH!!!!! Nice meat and greet huh? ;) Naked guy on the porch! haha .....anyways skip, skip....to that night after the hospital...(cus of circumstances)...and she invites him to stay..in her room. WOAH!! (again) you just met the dude! Yes he seems familiar. Yes he just told you what he was but uhm!!! Red flags should be going off!!! What if he is just crazy!? What if he is some stalker killer who put on contacts cus he was watching you and your wolf obsession!!? But wait...she flippin invites him to sleep in her bed!!!! Again...agreeing with H.D. here!! What if he were to kill her!? Obviously...one its just a book. Ya let your imagination run free! And two...none of that happens but still...girl needed some common sense.
 Then we have a quicky love story. Seriously. Day two..not even actually it was just the morning after they met.....and they make out in the kitchen. Ya, girl....no. Sorry but no. But honestly you have to keep reading and then it's cute. You just can't think about the time they have known each other on a human to human basis and your all good! That is what I had to do...imagine they knew each other longer than they did.
 Now.....for the writing....Once again agreeing with H.D. I love how authors try to be different and unique. It's great! Go for it! I love different! I love that some of you I can read a page and guess...Oh! Yupp! That could only have been written by "so an so". Its awesome!! BUT!!! Please! I love you Maggie but this line bugged me as much as it bugged H.D. And I couldn't have agreed more with what he had to say so I am going to quote the quote and what H.D. had to say....
"'I was a leaking womb bulging with the promise of conscious thoughts...'
What. The. Heck. I re-read this sentence a million type. I couldn't get over that. What the heck was this? This weird, totally scary metaphor. I'm all for this adventurous prose. I'm all for authors trying new things and trying to stand out and be different. But to compare the idea of having conscious thoughts to a woman's LEAKING WOMB just isn't...real? Would any male (or even female, for that matter) take the moment in extreme agony or frustration to point out that: YEAH, I fell like a leaking womb!
I don't think so."
 Ya, that pretty much sums up my thoughts on that. And like he said.. don't hate...its a matter of opinion. and again good for Maggie and her comparisons! I liked most of them while others...just weird. I'm sorry but that's just how I felt. I LOVED her song lyrics for Sam! LOVED LOVED LOVED!!!! I loved her other comparisons most of the time. Go for unique! Go for colored vocabulary but PLEASE!!!!! Do not. go. off. the. deep. end!! Colorful is for intense moments. for when other simple words can't express the things that are going on but not. like. this. please. Again love stuff like this. But please don't over do it. I think I made myself pretty clear now! :) Sorry and thanks.
 Oh..and personally...Sam didn't quite make my crush list yet..(YET!) He was a bit too clingy..stalkerish in book one...Idk I love him! And I adored him at the end! And his story!!! Two words: heart breaking. I loved him for it! It made him a bit more stronger and likeable! Loved him but...waiting a bit! ;)
Sorry ladies!! :b
Pros:
  1.  The love between the two of them was sooo beautiful!! I loved the adventures, the heart ache, the romance.
  2. I loved all the side characters! Maggie did an awesome job with character description!
  3. Sam's lyrics! SOOOO CUTE!!! Die! Swoon!!
  4. All the background and folklore (idk if I used that word right) description and outlining!
  5. The scenery description! Beautiful!!
  6. The end!!! GAHHHHHH!!!!!! <3 x100
  7. The alternating POVs
:)
Advice: If you are going to read this book......
  • And like it from the beginning....YAY!!! I'm so glad!! Maggie deserves all the fans she has gotten!! I'm glad you had no problems!! YAY!! YAY!! YAY!!! (no sarcasm whatsoever!) That is great! :)
  • And didn't like it from page 1.....keep reading! It gets better! Honestly...I kept reading for one reason and one reason only....I had bought the entire series already and Goddammit I was going to freakin finish what I had paid for whether I liked it or not. And guess what!!? I don't have to have an agonizing time reading the rest of the series because I ended up liking it in the end! And am on book 2 now...yes it takes awhile to read sometimes but I do like it! :) So you keep reading and hopefully you will come to like it too! Keep reading and don't give up! Or stop and pick it up some other time! Who knows, your thoughts might change! :)
 Now...3 stars cus I did end up liking it! It would have gotten two due to the fact of finishing just to finish but I think it deserves the three star rating because I liked it in the end!! :)
~Review:
 So this is another one of those books where I really really wanted to read the day it came out but...you all guessed it..school. Now? Summer. Meaning? I read it.
 I'll admit. This book started out pretty slow. But it was ok! That's the way it was supposed to be!! Poor Nikki was confused and emotionless. Do I blame her? Heck no! That poor chica had been through alot! Cutest thing: What made her Return!
 You ask me? #TeamJack forever!!! He is soo cute! I am personally fond of the whole best friend turned relationship story. Never gets old for me! :D And their story: perfect!! Gah! Now don't get me wrong...I love Cole! ...just a little less than I love Jack. Jack's feelings are undeniable! Their relationship screams pure love when Cole's....its more of a possesional thing. But I admit...after one particular scene *cough cough* (the winter dance) that feeling...changed. I really wanted to believe Cole when he said he truly loved her and only wanted what was best for her. It made my heart ache and then I was as confused as Nikki. I couldn't decide which boy I liked better...until the end. That end (which I will rant about here in a second) was the tie breaker for me. Hands down...Jack is my love! <3
 And agin...this is one of those books that leaves me speachless. Honestly I have no freakin clue what to say in this review! Brodi did an AMAZING job by giving the myth a nice modern day twist/retelling! I felt the pain and loss from Nikki and enjoyed watching her piece it all back together and try to regain her relationships!
 Now be warned. Her distance and ignorance was what made it hard for me to read at first. I wanted to put down the book because it was getting rather boring. But then everything picked up and it became a race against time! So intense!!! Word of advice when reading this book: Don't put it down. No matter how hard it may be for you to get into it. No matter how boring you think it is...DO. NOT. STOP. READING!!! I repeat: KEEP READING AND DON'T GIVE UP!!! YOU WILL REGRET THAT DECISION!!!!
 And with that out of the way....the most amazing part of the whole book!!!!>>>>>>>>>>> The end!!!!! *SCREAMS* O. my. goodness!!!! You guys I have to say that was the best ending ever!!! Seriously!! It was sooo freaking terrible! And for some reason..whenever I think about this ending I can't help but compair it to the Titanic. Anyone else?? No? Was it just me?? O well. Ya so I'm not going to give anything away but I will leave you with this....Have your covers covering you. Ya, be all snug as a bug in a rug! Have a glass of water if you start choking on your own tears and of course..now that I've mentioned the word tears....Have a ENTIRE box of Kleenex next to you.
Yes, if you are anything like me....you will ball your little eyes out!! Seriously. I don't think I've cried that much since The Iron Queen (The Iron Fey series #3). I had the mascara running, hiccups, rocking back and forth repeating "No. No. No......"  the whole nine yards ya'll!!! I....I'm getting all teary eyed just remembering!!! Hahaha I went down stairs to my mom and the first thing she said: "Woah! We need to get you some waterproof mascara when youre reading now don't we!?" And then of course I went into her lap and balled my eyes out again. Choking on the words as I tried explaining the most terrible news I had ever read!!! *along side The Iron Queen*
Ya, so I'm just going to leave you with that. This book is getting the amount of stars I'm about to display souly for the ending. I mean the rest of the book was amazing and deserves the amount of stars but the ending sent it over the top! My reward: 10000000000000 stars!!!!! (o.O) I am sooooo looking forward to book 2!!!!!! I need more!!! :D
Get this book everyone!!! You will need it!! ;)
Thanks for reading! :)
For as long as she can remember, 17-year-old Alexis Forbes can hear the thoughts of others. Most recently, she is disturbed by the dark, unfamiliar voice of a frightening killer: callous, cunning, charismatic…and dead.
She hears his every sinister thought. But she can’t tell anyone. No one would believe her. Alexis is suddenly being haunted by a terrifying past she doesn’t remember, and a ghost with a serious score to settle. Even Chance, the gorgeous new guy she’s falling for, has his own ghostly secret. He’s definitely not like any guy she’s ever met. Alexis soon discovers she has a connection to the dead and it runs much deeper than she could ever imagine. And if the sociopathic entity has his way, she’ll finally be sentenced to the fate she escaped thirteen years ago. {Goodreads}
 I was super excited to read this book! I absolutely  LOVED Miss Browning's debut book Dark Seeker. I wasn't at all worried about her turning from vampires to something totally new. I knew she was capable of just about anything and new this book would be good just not....THIS GOOD! I loved her new book! It took me a while to read but only because of life getting in the way.
I loved the characters but sometimes (honestly) Alexis was a bit whiny and idk sometimes I felt there was something a little off with her but other than that was was a great protagonist! Chance was absolutely adorable of course! I loved that every now and then it would be from his life at a third person observation. You got to know him better but at the same time.....you didn't know who he was....he was just a hot little mystery ;)
Hahahahaha I REALLY liked how sometimes it would give reference to vampires and how Chance said "Vampires aren't real" when Taryn's first book was saying ghosts weren't real! The irony!! I don't know why I loved that so much but it really stood out and I could totally see Taryn smiling when she wrote those parts. I thought it was very humorous.
Oh and that ending you guys! So, the book was set at a great paste. Not too slow and not too fast, kinda perfect. I don't know why (my stupid imagination at work here) but when I think of the ending I see a man in a business suit walking then all of a sudden just hiking up his pants to reveal some lame patterned socks with his brief case as he runs for his life. Ya I told you...stupid imagination. Do you want to see the translation of my weirdness.... Ok so what that means is the book was great then all of a sudden BOOM!!! You find yourself running to finish the end...this of course is a good thing. It all of a sudden hit a huge climax and you found you just finished the last few chapters in 15 minutes!!!
This book was incredible! And the bad guy....I liked him hahaha he wasn't your average bad guy. He was normal and you felt like you could trust him (which obviously you can't cus well, HE'S THE BAD GUY!!!) but he was so witty it was kind a cool. Like he wasn't the "im-going-to-try-and-slit-your-throat-every-time-I-see-you" bad guy and he wasn't the "I will glare at you like a freak and murder you when your not looking" kind of guy either. Of course he did murder and he did try to kill the protagonist but(as odd as this sounds) a reasonable/negotiative bad guy. Idk it's hard to explain you'll just have to read for yourself. Hahaha sorry to confuse you anyways......
4 out of 5 wonderful stars!!!!! :D
Buy this book tmro!! Your gonna want to read it! :)
Thanks for stopping by!! <3
