Woot!!! Woot!!!! Yippee for me AND you!
On the blog today we have the very talented and amazing...
VICTORIA SCOTT!!!
The very one who has captured MANY female hearts just by creating the one and only Dante Walker!
And yes, there is LOTS of talk about this yummy boy so...
Let's get started!! :D

~The Author:
Victoria Scott adores all things dark and creepy, and gets her best ideas while strolling through the eighteenth-century cemetery near her home. The Collector is Victoria’s first novel, and she is currently working on the second book in the Dante Walker trilogy. Her next project will be a teen thriller series called The Brimstone Bleed. Victoria lives in Dallas with her husband and adores cotton candy. You can visit her online at: www.VictoriaScottYA.com.

~The Interview:
1. Dante is as bad and hot as they come. What other bad boy in the YAgenre could "vs" Dante? Who would win?
Oh, that’s tough. It’s hard to say, but readers have compared Dante to Daemon Black from the Obsidian series by Jennifer L. Armentrout. She and I finally decided to have Daemon to interview Dante to see what would happen. That interview will be live on JLA’s site this month.
2. What was the best part of writing/creating a character like Dante Walker?
Getting to be as confident as I want with his voice. He’s just so arrogant. Ha!
3. What are three things you want fans to know about Dante?
That he really is a villain, that he’s as sexy as they say he is…and that deep down (WAY down deep), he may have a heart. Maybe.
4. Dante, Dante, Dante...Ok! Fine, let’s talk about Charlie...and Dante. From the sounds of The Collector premise it would seem that Dante and Charlie are an unlikely couple. Why is that and what (despite their night and day differences) makes them so appealing to each other and compatible?
I think their differences are actually attractive to other person. They are each other’s missing pieces.
5. Did you have to do research for the soul sealing/collecting business? If so, how did you conduct your research?
No research, but I found myself using Urban Dictionary quite a bit for Dante’s slang. So there’s that.
6.  Most anticipated moment in the release of The Collector?
Probably just waiting to see what people think. Which parts they like, which they don’t. And holding the book in my hands!
7. If you could be anyone in the world (fictional or not) who would it be?
Easy, I’d be Hermione Granger. I so want to go to a magic castle and hang out with two guy friends.

Love Bird Commentary:
Charlie:
Three words to describe Dante? Confident, attractive, and funny.
Dante's best feature? His strong, broad back. *blushes*
Dream date night? Drive in movies (there’s one that still operates a few miles from my house!)
It’s your last night to live, what do you do? Lay outside with my friends. Watch and listen to the world. Say goodbye to everything that is beautiful, and to everything that isn’t.

Dante:
Three words to describe Charlie? Charitable, nerdy, and…alive.
Charlie's best feature? Her lips.
Dream date night? Drive in movies (there’s one near Charlie house that still operates).
It’s your last night to live, what do you do? I’m already dead. So, I don’t know, I’d keep on keeping on.

~The Book(s):
The Collector
Series: Dante Walker #1
Author: Victoria Scott
Release Date: April 2, 2013
by, Entangled Teen
Pre-Order: ~B&N~Amazon~
He makes good girls...bad.

Dante Walker is flippin’ awesome, and he knows it. His good looks, killer charm, and stellar confidence have made him one of hell’s best—a soul collector. His job is simple: weed through humanity and label those round rears with a big red good or bad stamp. Old Saint Nick gets the good guys, and he gets the fun ones. Bag-and-tag.

Sealing souls is nothing personal. Dante’s an equal-opportunity collector and doesn't want it any other way. But he’ll have to adjust, because Boss Man has given him a new assignment:

Collect Charlie Cooper’s soul within ten days.

Dante doesn't know why Boss Man wants Charlie, nor does he care. This assignment means only one thing to him, and that’s a permanent ticket out of hell. But after Dante meets the quirky Nerd Alert chick he’s come to collect, he realizes this assignment will test his abilities as a collector…and uncover emotions deeply buried.{Goodreads}

So obviously Dante Walker is a big deal..Want to know a BIGGER deal??
Reading this book. I just started reading it and it is FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!
Hope you enjoyed this interview! Go ahead and pre-order this hotness! ;D

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a great day!!
