Don't Breathe a Word by Holly Cupala
Release Date: January 3, 2012
Joy Delamere is suffocating...

Joy can take his words - tender words, cruel words - until the night they go too far.

Now, Joy will leave everything behind to find the one who has offered his help, a homeless boy called Creed. She will become someone else. She will learn to survive. She will breathe... if only she can get to Creed before it’s too late.

Pure (Pure #1)
Author: Julianna Baggott
Publish Date: February 8, 2012
We know you are here, our brothers and sisters . . .
Pressia barely remembers the Detonations or much about life during the Before. In her sleeping cabinet behind the rubble of an old barbershop where she lives with her grandfather, she thinks about what is lost-how the world went from amusement parks, movie theaters, birthday parties, fathers and mothers . . . to ash and dust, scars, permanent burns, and fused, damaged bodies. And now, at an age when everyone is required to turn themselves over to the militia to either be trained as a soldier or, if they are too damaged and weak, to be used as live targets, Pressia can no longer pretend to be small. Pressia is on the run.

Burn a Pure and Breathe the Ash . . .
There are those who escaped the apocalypse unmarked. Pures. They are tucked safely inside the Dome that protects their healthy, superior bodies. Yet Partridge, whose father is one of the most influential men in the Dome, feels isolated and lonely. Different. He thinks about loss-maybe just because his family is broken; his father is emotionally distant; his brother killed himself; and his mother never made it inside their shelter. Or maybe it's his claustrophobia: his feeling that this Dome has become a swaddling of intensely rigid order. So when a slipped phrase suggests his mother might still be alive, Partridge risks his life to leave the Dome to find her.

When Pressia meets Partridge, their worlds shatter all over again. {Goodreads}
Sounds great right? EEP! I can't wait for this one!!! Man, does it sound amazing!!! And the love story I can see building up between Pressia and Partridge (what names right? I LOVE them!)....seems to be pretty flippin great!

{Review}, {Giveaway} & {Blog Tour Stop}!!!!!! The Light of Asteria by Elizabeth Isaacs

Hey everyone!! :) So today I'm here with a review of The Light of Asteria by Elizabeth Isaac! Miss Isaac was so kind and when she requested me to read her book I was ecstatic! It looked really good and I couldn't wait! Later she asked if I wanted to be apart of the Blog tour and of course I said yes! So my stop today is a review! This is my first blog tour so bare with me! ;) Here I go!!........

The Light of Asteria (Kailmeyra #1)
Author: Elizabeth Isaacs
Publish Date: March 22, 2010
Source: E-book for review
Pages: 386
If Nora Johnson hadn't been on campus that day she would have never known her true destiny. Helping her friends move into the dorm that she wanted to call home, Nora accidentally collides with mysterious stranger, Gavin Frey. His very first touch sends flames through her heart. The world seems different-something within her has changed. She tries to resume her mundane life, but she is now consumed with the one whose very presence ignited her soul, the one with eyes of emerald. Nora soon learns that an energy buried deep within has been unleashed. She now wields unimaginable power and has become Gavin's source, his strength. Her newfound joy is shaken when she discovers that Gavin is not who he appears to be and she has been thrust in the middle of a war of mythical proportions. Negativity allows all things evil to flourish, the earth is under siege. The fate of creation hinges on the power within her heart. Will she be strong enough to survive? A gripping tale of unbounded love and ancient power, The Light of Asteria will take you on an epic adventure filled with war, treachery, and demons, as well as unimaginable delights. {Goodreads}

So here's another "haven't read a book like this yet" book. It's true. I have never read an elf book. I have read about the fey but not the elves. Miss Isaacs brings a whole new realm, story and imagination to the world of Young Adult readers. The world of Kailmeyra is beautiful! And so is Elizabeth Isaacs writing style and imagination!

At first I felt that the relationship between Gavin and Nora moved a little to fast for my liking but at the same time....time skipped pretty fast in the beginning. With saying that.....It was for the best. After the beginning pushed along it reached it's breaking point and the book exploded in wonderfulness! :D

Here I am talking about fast pace and....my review is going to be fast paced. Sorry there is just so much to say that my review is going to be short little paragraphs than usual! Hehe ^_^ It is also not going to be very gushy fan girl either...but don't take that in a bad way. I just feel that like the book it needs to be relaxed and filled with emotions. :)

I loved Edna!! She was the cutest role model in the whole entire world!! And her story...*sniffle sniffle* Sigh....that was sooo touching! Oh dear Michael! AH! That story KILLED me!!! It was adorable, heart-wrenching, inspirational, cute, loving, *sigh* and SO much more! (haha if only you could see my facial expressions while writing this!) (they are good facial expressions just funny btw!)

The ethics and morals of the Kailmeyrans (idk if that is what you would call them lol) are also very touching. I don't think I have read a book with such good moral ethics! It is truly inspirational!The whole thing with the marriage and the clasp on the guys ankle melted me! It was the CUTEST thing I have read!!! I couldn't help but smile! :) *sighs* yepp! Very very cute!!!!

Gavin! Awe Gavin is also very different from all the boys I have read about! He is so kind, understanding, and loving! His and Nora's relationship is one in a million! There whole emotional connection...the way Nora is connected to Gavin...the way she can feel his emotions like they are her own.....his ability to absorb her energy and feed of of it in the most intimate and loving way.....*sigh* this book makes me want to always feel this peaceful.

This whole book is about the peace on feels and I love it! :D
Ooooo should I even mention the end!!!?? Haha well I guess it's too late hah? The Dolkamar (I really hope I spelt that right! if not I am soooo sorry!) :/ and the way they became them is terrifying! And eep! That was....I just....Sorry I can't say...you NEED to read it! Poor poor.....******* I felt bad for her but at the same time I had goosebumps and was screaming NO! NO! NO!!!!!!! That can't happen! Get over it! I know it hurts but no! You just can't!!!

Ok now for the best part....***Spoiler!!!!

The wedding! That was probably the best wedding I have ever read! I think it even tops Edward and Bella's! Ya, that's how amazing it was!

******End of Spoiler!!!!

Seriously you guys! I have like no more words besides the ones I have just typed. I loved the book very much! There are no other words to describe it but "beautiful". It truly was...this book was beautiful in every way! *tears up*
